Welcome to Active Listening League!

Thank you for using Active Listening League ("Active Listening League LLC"), located at 3946 Duncannon Ct. Atlanta, GA 30341. By using our Services, you agree to these terms. Please read these Terms of Service carefully ("Terms").

These Terms govern and apply to your access and use of the communication platform offered by Active Listening League LLC and any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on ActiveListeningLeague.com (collectively referred to as "Content"). By accessing or using ActiveListeningLeague.com, you agree to comply with and to be bound by all of the terms and conditions described in these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, you are not authorized to use ActiveListeningLeague.com. The terms "You", "Your," and "Yourself" refer to the individual user of Active Listening League and/or the Platform Services provided by ActiveListeningLeague.com. When the terms "we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Services", "our Service", "our Services", "Active Listening League" or similar are used in this Agreement, they refer to Active Listening League LLC – the company that owns and operates ActiveListeningLeague.com.

Your Account, Representations, Conduct and Commitments

You hereby certify that you are (i) over the age of eighteen (18) or have the legal ability to consent or have your Parent/Guardian consent allowing you to talk with an Active Listener and (ii) that you are legally able to enter into a contract.

You hereby confirm and agree that all the information that you provided in or through the Platform, and the information that you will provide in or through the Platform in the future, is accurate, true, current and complete (understanding you may use an anonymous user name or nickname). Furthermore, you agree that during the term of this Agreement you will make sure to maintain and update this information so it will continue to be accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Active Listening League has reasonable grounds to suspect that such Account information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Active Listening League reserves the right to refuse any future request(s) to use the Active Listening League Services.

You hereby agree and confirm that you will not create more than one Account, or create an Account for anyone other than yourself without first receiving permission from the other person.

You hereby agree, confirm and acknowledge that you shall at all times remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and username (if any) and any other security information related to your Account. We advise you to change your password frequently and to take extra care in safeguarding your password.

You hereby agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account Access or any other concern for breach of your account security at ActiveListeningLeague@gmail.com.

You hereby agree, confirm and acknowledge that Active Listening League will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred as a result of someone else accessing or using your account, either with or without your consent and/or knowledge.

You hereby agree, confirm and acknowledge that you are solely and fully liable and responsible for all activities performed using your Account Access. You further acknowledge and agree that we will hold you liable and responsible for any damage or loss incurred as a result of the use of your Account Access by any person whether authorized by you or not, and you agree to indemnify us for any such damage or loss.

You hereby agree and commit not to use the account or Account Access of any other person for any reason.

You hereby agree and confirm that your use of the Active Listening League platform and/or services are for your own personal use only and that you are not using the platform or the services for or on behalf of any other person or organization.

You hereby agree and commit to never connect or engage, or attempt to connect or engage, with, for money or any other consideration, any Listener you encounter through Active Listening League, outside of the Active Listening League Platform. You further agree and commit that all contact with Active Listeners via Active Listening League will be made through the aid of the Active Listening League Platform only and at all times.

You hereby agree and commit to never threaten, abuse, swear at, call derogatory names or use sexually explicit or foul language directed at an Active Listener during an Active Listening League Session. You further acknowledge and agree that if you do threaten, abuse, call derogatory names or use sexually explicit or foul language while speaking with an Active Listener during an Active Listening League Session, that the Active Listener will discontinue the practice session, you will be unable to participate in any further practice sessions until you have successfully repeated the entire training course, and you will not be provided with any type of refund. You further commit and agree that you will not demand, request or legally pursue a refund after such a session.

You hereby agree and commit not to interfere with or disrupt, or attempt to interfere with or disrupt any of our systems, services, servers, networks or infrastructure, including without limitation obtaining unauthorized access to the aforementioned. You hereby further agree that Active Listening League may suspend, ban, or stop providing access to the Active Listening League platform to you if you do not follow our policies and Terms of Service or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

You hereby agree and commit not to make any use of the Active Listening League Platform for the posting, storing, sending or delivering of ANY of the following: (a) unsolicited email and/or advertisement or promotion of goods and services; (b) malicious software or code; (c) unlawful, harassing, privacy invading, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, racist or potentially harmful content; (d) any content that infringes on a third party right including intellectual property rights; (e) any content that may cause damage to a third party; (f) any content which may constitute, cause or encourage a criminal action or violate any applicable law.

You hereby agree and commit not to violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation or ethical code in relation to your use of the Active Listening League Platform and your relationship with the Active Listening League.

You hereby agree and commit not to use Active Listening League Services, especially those on mobile devices, in a way that distracts you and prevents or diminishes your ability to obey traffic and safety laws.

You hereby agree and commit not to attempt to disrupt the operation of Active Listening League by any method, including through the use of viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, denial of service attacks, flooding or spamming. You agree not to use Active Listening League in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the platform. You agree that you shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any user accounts or computer systems or networks, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You agree not to use any robot, scraper or other means to access Active Listening League for any purpose.

You hereby agree and commit that the license granted herein does not permit you to, and you agree not to: (i) modify, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or create derivative works of the Active Listening League platform or allow a third party, whether directly or indirectly (including, but not limited to the direct or indirect use of wizards, agents, bots, or other utilities), to modify, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or create derivative works of the Active Listening League Services; or (ii) transfer, distribute, sell, lease, rent, disclose or provide access to Active Listening League to any third party or use Active Listening League to provide service bureau, time sharing or other services to third parties.

You hereby agree and commit that if you receive any file from Active Listening League, whether through the Platform or not, you agree to check and scan this file for any virus or malicious software prior to opening or using this file.

You hereby agree and confirm that you will indemnify Active Listening League, defend us, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, causes of action, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses (including, but not limited to, litigation and reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) arising out of or relating to any of the following: (a) your access to or use of the Platform; (b) any actions made with your account or Account Access whether by you or by someone else; (c) your violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement; (d) non-payment for any of the services which were provided through the Platform; (e) your violation of any third party rights, including, without limitation, any intellectual property rights, publicity, confidentiality, property or privacy rights. This clause shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement.

You hereby agree, confirm and agree to use only credit cards or other payment means (collectively "Payment Means") which you are duly and fully authorized to use, and that all payment related information that you provided and will provide in the future, to or through the Active Listening League Platform, is accurate, current and correct and will continue to be accurate, current and correct.

You hereby agree, confirm and agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your Account on a timely basis and according to the terms and the rates as published in the Active Listening League Platform. If you have any concerns about a bill or a payment, please contact us immediately by sending an email to ActiveListeningLeague@gmail.com. We will evaluate your issue on a case by case basis and, at our discretion, take steps to resolve any issue, including and limited to issuing partial or full refunds when applicable.

The Active Listeners and Listener Services

You acknowledge and agree that Active Listening League Active Listeners are neither employees nor agents nor representatives of Active Listening League, and that Active Listening League LLC assumes no responsibility for any act or omission of any such Active Listener.

You acknowledge and agree that, although the Active Listening League platform offers online training in Active Listening, the platform's role is limited to enabling the listening services while the listening services themselves are the responsibility of the Active Listener who provides them. If you feel the services provided by Active Listening League do not fit your needs or expectations, you may discontinue using the Active Listening League Platform.

You understand and agree that while we make a reasonable effort to ensure that all Active Listeners are well trained and highly competent to serve as Active Listeners, we cannot and do not represent, verify or guarantee any level of performance, competency, behavior or suitability for the Active Listeners through Active Listening League.

You understand, agree and acknowledge that, while we hope Active Listening Sessions are beneficial to you, they may not be the appropriate solution for everyone's needs and they may not be appropriate for every particular situation and/or may not be a complete substitute for a face-to-face examination and/or care in every particular situation.

You understand, agree and acknowledge that Active Listeners are trained NOT to offer advice or suggestions and that Active Listening League does not ever condone, support or approve of any advice or suggestions made by an Active Listener. Therefore, Active Listening League does not warrant the validity, accuracy, or availability of any content or advice provided by any Active Listeners and Active Listening League will not be liable for any damages sustained by a member to reliance on any such information or advice.

A Fair Use Commitment

To help ensure that Active Listening League remains fair and sustainable for all users, we ask that everyone who participates follows a few guidelines designed to protect Active Listening League and the community that relies on it.

You hereby acknowledge Active Listening League's legitimate interests in protecting its proprietary technology, business goodwill, user relationships, and competitive market position. Therefore, during any period in which you access or use Active Listening League and for eighteen (18) months thereafter, you hereby agree not to, directly or indirectly: (i) develop, market, or operate any materially similar online product or service that is designed for substantially the same category of users and performs the core proprietary functionality of Active Listening League; or (ii) solicit, contact, or attempt to divert any customers, users, or business partners of Active Listening League for the purpose of promoting or supporting any competing product or service.

You hereby agree not to copy, reproduce, extract, scrape, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, analyze, derive, or otherwise use Active Listening League's source code, design flows, user interface, pricing, algorithms, or data—including information about other users—to support or facilitate any competing product, service, or business.

We fully support independent innovation. Therefore, nothing in this section prevents you from creating a distinct product or service that you independently develop without using any of Active Listening League's content, confidential information, data, internal workings, or competitive insights obtained through Active Listening League.

You hereby acknowledge that a breach of this section could cause harm to Active Listening League that may be difficult to measure monetarily. Therefore, you hereby agree and confirm that Active Listening League is entitled to seek equitable relief, including temporary and permanent injunctions, without the need to prove monetary damages, in addition to any other rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Privacy and Security

Protecting and safeguarding any information you provide through the Active Listening League Platform is extremely important to us and this will not be shared with anyone outside Active Listening League except as required by law. Information about our security and privacy practices can be found on our Privacy Policy available at https://activelisteningleague.com/tos/ (The 'Privacy Policy').

BY AGREEING TO THIS AGREEMENT AND/OR BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ARE ALSO AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY. THE PRIVACY POLICY IS INCORPORATED INTO AND DEEMED A PART OF THIS AGREEMENT. THE SAME RULES THAT APPLY REGARDING CHANGES AND REVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT ALSO APPLY TO CHANGES AND REVISIONS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY.

We believe that you own your data and preserving your access to your data is important. Upon request, we will delete your account. By using our Services, you agree that Active Listening League can use your data in accordance with our privacy policies.

In connection with your use of our Services, we may send you announcements, administrative messages, and other information by email to the email address that we have on record, by regular mail or by posting it online. Notices sent to us must be delivered by email to: ActiveListeningLeague@gmail.com.

All de-identified data, meta-data and research data collected by Active Listening League through your use of our Services remains the sole property of Active Listening League. Active Listening League may share some or all of this research data with third parties in connection with joint or outside research, analytics, or similar purposes. Research data is used in non identifiable aggregate form, that is, as a statistical measure, but not in a manner that would identify you personally. You agree never to request that Active Listening League remove or delete any of such data.

You acknowledge that Active Listening League must store any personal data as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All of the content available on or through our Service is the property of Active Listening League or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property law. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate the content received through our Service to any third party. All software and accompanying documentation made available for download from our Services is the copyrighted work of Active Listening League LLC or its licensors. Any copy made of information obtained through our Service must include all applicable Copyright and Trademark notices.

Active Listening League and related marks, design marks, product names, feature names, and related logos are trademarks of Active Listening League LLC and may not be used, copied or imitated, in whole or in part, without the express prior written permission of Active Listening League.

"Active Listening League" is a trademarked term. All rights reserved. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Active Listening League hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the software, network facilities, content and documentation on and in the Service to the extent, and only to the extent necessary, to access and use the Service.

We will respond to notices of abuse or alleged copyright and/or trademark infringement and terminate accounts of repeat offenders according to the processes set out in the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other legal documents.

If you submit feedback or suggestions about our Services, we may use your feedback or suggestions without obligation to you. This section shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Our Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our Services using a reasonable level of care and skill and we hope that you enjoy using them. There are certain things that we do not promise about our Services.

OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS, ACCESS TO THE SERVICE AND THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, ACTIVE LISTENING LEAGUE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ACTIVE LISTENING LEAGUE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ACCESS TO THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS, IF ANY, WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND YOUR RELIANCE UPON ANY OF ITS CONTENTS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

YOU SHALL BE SOLELY AND FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE SERVICE OR ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM, ANY LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY IMPROPER USE OR DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE CAUSED BY YOU OR ANY PERSON USING YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD. ACTIVE LISTENING LEAGUE CANNOT AND DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGES OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM THE FAILURE OF ANY TELECOMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE, OR THE INTERNET, OR FOR YOUR MISUSE OF ANY PROTECTED INFORMATION, ADVICE, IDEAS, INFORMATION, INSTRUCTIONS OR GUIDELINES ACCESSED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

Limitations of Liability

IN THE EVENT OF ANY PROBLEM WITH THE SERVICE OR ANY OF ITS CONTENT, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO CEASE USING THE SERVICE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ACTIVE LISTENING LEAGUE, ANY ACTIVE LISTENING LEAGUE LICENSOR OR SUPPLIER, OR ANY THIRD PARTY WHO PROMOTES THE SERVICE OR PROVIDES YOU WITH A LINK TO THE SERVICE BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY OF ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, ANY INFRINGEMENT BY ANY CONTENT OF THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OR OTHER RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT.

Any link (including a hyperlink, button or referral device of any kind) used in the Service is provided for your use and convenience. The appearance of a link does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or certification by Active Listening League. Active Listening League does not endorse the content on any third-party websites. Active Listening League is not responsible for the content of linked third-party websites or third-party advertisements.

Educational information, graphics, research sources and other incidental information on the Site, should never be considered medical advice. Active Listening League does not endorse any specific tests, medications, products or procedures.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Active Listening League, ITS LICENSORS OR SUPPLIERS OF SERVICES OR ANY THIRD PARTY WHO PROMOTES THE SERVICE OR PROVIDES YOU WITH A LINK TO THE SERVICE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY PERSONAL INJURY, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA ON YOUR COMPUTER OR OTHERWISE) ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER UNDER A THEORY OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, MALPRACTICE OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ACTIVE LISTENING LEAGUE OR THEY HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF Active Listening League AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, SUB-CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES (OR, IF WE SO CHOOSE, TO SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICES AGAIN).

IN ALL CASES, Active Listening League AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, SUB-CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.

If the applicable law does not allow the limitation of liability as set forth above, the limitation will be deemed modified solely to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law. This section (limitation of liability) shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Modifications, Termination, Interruption and Disruptions to the Platform

You understand, agree and acknowledge that we may modify, suspend, disrupt or discontinue the Platform, any part of the Platform or the use of the Platform, whether to all clients or to you specifically, at any time with or without notice to you. You agree and acknowledge that we will not be liable for any of the aforementioned actions or for any losses or damages that are caused by any of the aforementioned actions.

You understand, agree and acknowledge that we do not allow anyone with an average rolling feedback score of less than 70 to participate in Active Listening Tree practice sessions. The only way to raise your feedback score once it has fallen below 70 is to successfully complete the introductory training course again.

Active Listening League may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all. Active Listening League has the right (but not the obligation) to refuse to provide access to the Service to any person, agency or organization at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all, in our sole discretion. Active Listening League reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.

Important Notes About Our Agreement

This Agreement and our relationship with you shall both be interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia excluding any rules governing choice of laws.

We may modify these terms or add additional terms that apply to the Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. We'll post notice of modifications to these terms and any additional terms on this page. Unless otherwise specified by us, all modifications shall be effective upon posting. The last date this Agreement was updated is posted at the top of the Agreement. By using the Platform after the changes become effective, you agree to be bound by such changes to the Agreement.

These terms control the relationship between Active Listening League and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights. If you do not comply with these terms, and we don't take action right away, that doesn't mean that we will give up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).

Disputes

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the Active Listening League Services will be resolved by binding confidential arbitration, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to these Terms.

There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must interpret these Terms as a court would.

It is agreed that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, Active Listening League and you each waive any right to a jury trial.

You irrevocably agree that the exclusive venue for any action or proceeding arising out of relating to this Agreement or our relationship with you, regardless of theory, shall be the U.S. District Court for Georgia, or the state courts located in Dekalb County in Atlanta, Georgia. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of the aforementioned courts and hereby waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by the aforementioned courts.

THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ACTIVE LISTENING LEAGUE. YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE NOT RELIED UPON ANY PROMISES OR REPRESENTATIONS BY US EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

We may freely transfer or assign this Agreement or any of its obligations hereunder. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, unenforceable, or otherwise contrary to law, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

To clear any doubt, all clauses regarding limitations of liabilities and indemnification shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Active Listening League LLC is a business entity pending final state approval.

Active Listening League, LLC Privacy Policy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. We put a great deal of thought, effort, tools, resources and procedures in place in order to protect and safeguard your privacy. This document is our "Privacy Policy" and it contains details on issues related to your privacy when using our services. It is intended to inform you of our policies, procedures and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any information that you provide through the Platform. The following parties will all comply with this Privacy Policy: Active Listening League employees, contractors, volunteers, Active Listening League members and all affiliated entities and applications.

Please review this Privacy Policy carefully and in its entirety. You can contact us with comments, notices, questions, concerns or objections about this Privacy Policy, by writing to: ActiveListeningLeague@gmail.com.

1. User Consent and Incorporation

When you submit your Personal Information to or through Active Listening League, LLC, you consent to the collection and processing of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions. When you use our Platform you accept and agree to both the Terms and Conditions and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound to the Privacy Policy you should stop using the Platform immediately. You also agree that Active Listening League, LLC may contact you when appropriate at the email address you provide.

2. Effective Date and Changes to Privacy Policy

The Effective Date of this Privacy Policy is set forth at the top of this Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. Changes will be posted to this page. We encourage you to return to this page frequently so that you are aware of our current privacy practices. Your continued use of the Services after the Effective Date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy. Regardless of later updates or changes to our privacy notice, we will never use the information you submit under our current privacy notice in a new way without first providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prevent that use.

3. Information Collection, Use, and Disclosure

To allow us to operate the Platform effectively and to allow you to use the Platform, including Active Listening Services, we, or our service providers, may need to collect some personally identifiable information such as, but not limited to: your user name and email address, billing and payment information, profile information, log data (information such as your computer, Internet Protocol address ("IP"), pages that you visit and the amount of time spent on those pages, actions you take and other statistics) and any written information which is exchanged between you and your Active Listener (collectively the "Information"). By deciding to provide the Information you agree to our methods of collections and use, as well to other terms and provisions of this Privacy Policy.

Any User can request deletion of their account and associated Personal Information. The exception to this rule is if the User in question has broken the terms laid out in the Terms and caused harm or abused our Services or other members. When you delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others).

Protecting your personal information is a top priority for us. We will never sell or rent any information that you provide to any third party outside of Active Listening League, except as required by law or as otherwise noted in this Privacy Policy.
